The next urban legend is the following.

A man in Chicago on a business trip goes to a bar after a long day of negotiating a contract for his company. While sitting there, a very pretty young woman sits next to him and they hit it off. They spend the next few hours drinking quite a bit and flirting. Finally, they go back to his hotel room. At some point he passes out.

The next morning he wakes up in his hotel room and he's sitting in a tub full of ice. The telephone is sitting on a small table next to the bath tub and taped to the phone is a note: "call 911, or you will die".

He dials 911 and tells the 911 operator his story; she already knows the story because she has heard it before so she immediately calls for paramedics to race to his hotel room.

She then tells him to be careful and reach around and feel if there is a small tube protruding from his lower back. He does and tells her he can feel the small tube.

The 911 operator tells him to remain calm and to stay in the tub until the paramedics arrive.

Apparently this is a crime of organ harvesting. Because of the demand for organ transplants and the shortage of organs, there's now a flourishing black market in organ harvesting.
