The ingredients in cigarettes harms all areas of the human body to the way the organs work to the ability of the immune system. The consequences of cigarette smoking are catastrophic and sweeping affecting your whole body from top to bottom.

Even animals have been revealed be susceptible to extra problems with health due to their owners smoking! A number of them have respirtatory related cancers, an outcome of the effects of cigarette smoking.

Finally, if you smoke cigarettes, you should kick the habit. It’s time to think about how dangerous this practice really is, how it transforms your life and the lives of those around you. There are truly no benefits to health, there are no perks and nothing positive can be said about cigarette smoking effects.
