Spinach Soup

Servings: 6 people


Cooking Time: 15 minutes


 

Ingredients:  
2   Bunches Spinach

2    Tablespoons Flour

2    Tablespoons Butter

4    Cups Milk

1    Cube Cheese

      Salt and Black Pepper to Taste

 

Method    :


 

·         Break the stem of the spinach and wash it thoroughly.

·         Boil the spinach in 2 cups water.

·         Melt butter in a frying pan and cook flour in it for about 2 minutes and  while          doing   this  add milk  in it. White sauce is ready.
·         Mix spinach in the white sauce and blend it.

·         Add salt, pepper and enough water to get the right consistency for the soup.

·         Garnish with grated cheese and serve hot.
