Mix Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
½ Kg Tomato
200 Grams Bottle Guard
1 Carrot
100 Grams Cabbage
10 Leaves of Spinach
2 Table Spoon Sugar
4 French Beans (Finely Chopped)
Salt to Taste
Bread Croutons
Method :
- Wash and cut all the vegetables.
- Boil the vegetables (except beans) with 6 cups water in a cooker.
- After 1 whistle simmer the gas and boil for 10 minutes more.
- When the vegetable cool, blend with a beater and strain.
- Add beans, sugar, salt, pepper and heat the soup.
- Serve hot with a few bread croutons floating in each bowl.
