Ingredients:
1 Kg Fresh Curd
100 Gram Sugar
1 Cup Milk (Cold)
5 Cardamoms (Powdered)
¼ Tea Spoon Pistachios (Chopped)
1 Pinch Saffron
Method :
- Pass the curd through a fine sieve and drain off the water completely.
- Strain the curd and add milk and sugar in it.
- Add cardamom powder, saffron and pistachios. Mix well and keep it in the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled.
Note: For a variation, add fresh fruits like apple, banana, tinned pineapple and grapes.
