Coconut Roti

Ingredient:
100 Grams grated coconut ( dessicated))
250 Grams wheat flour
200 Grams sugar (powdered)
4 Teaspoons ghee (for the dough)
Ghee( for cooking)
Method :
- Mix grated coconut, wheat flour, sugar and ghee (for the dough )and knead a dough similar to that of a chapatti.
- Make small balls from the dough and roll into thin roti’s .
- Grease the tawa and cook each roti till crisp .
- Cool and then store in an airtight container.
