Ingredient:
1 Kg Khoya
400 Grams sugar
15 Cardamoms
1 Tablespoon pistachios (chopped)
1 Tablespoon powdered sugar
Method :
- Mix khoya, sugar and knead well.
- Put this in a kadai, cook for 5 minutes on a low flame and then on high flame for 10 minutes.
- Cool this and knead well. Divide into 60 small balls and give them any shape you like.
- Serve garnished with cardamom powder and chopped pistachios.
Note: the peda’s remain fresh for about 8-10 days.
