Ingredient:
2 Litres cow-milk’s cottage cheese
1 Tablespoon flour
400 Grams sugar
100 Grams khoya
2 Cups water
1 Teaspoons powdered sugar
1 Drop red colour
1 Teaspoon rose water

Method :
- Mix cottage cheese in flour and gently knead with your hands.
- Divine the dough into 15 parts and give each part a square shape of 1\2 inch thickness .
- Mix powder sugar, rose water and red colour in the khoya.
- Dissolve sugar in water. Strain and then boil it.
- After a boil put all the square pieces in it.
- Cook without the lid for 5 minutes and then with the lid for 10 minutes.
- Switch off the gas and when the square pieces cool down, remove it from the syrup and divine each piece into 2 slices.
- Spread a little khoya on one slice and then place the other slice on it.
- Garnish with varak and serve.
