Stuffed Buns

Ingredient:
6 Buns
½ Tin baked beans
1 Onion
1 Capsicum
1 Carrot
1 Tablespoon butter
¼ Teaspoon
black pepper powder
2 Cubes cheese
2 Tablespoon butter (for buns)
Salt to taste
Method :

- Finely chop carrot, onion and capsicum. Boil the carrot.
- Heat butter and fry the onions in it till golden brown.
- Add capsicum, carrot and mix well.
- Add baked beans, black pepper and salt.
- Make the buns hollow such that it is not completely see through.
- Apply little butter on the buns and bake for 5 minutes in an oven at a low temperature.
- Remove the buns and fill the beans mixture, sprinkle little cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes more at a medium temperature.
