Royal Cutlet

Ingredient:
½ Kg potatoes (boiled peeled)
½ Cup cashew nuts-raisins (finely chopped)
½ Teaspoon garam masala
1 Cup bread crumb
2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
1 Teaspoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon fresh coriander
1 Teaspoon green chilli-ginger paste
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
Method :

· Mash the potatoes and mix ½ cup bread crumbs, green
chilli-ginger paste and salt in it.
· Soak
black grams for 1 hour and then boil for 10 minutes.
· Heat 1 tablespoon oil and roast gram flour till light brown.
· Add cashew nuts, raisins and
black gram and cook for 2
minutes.
· Add green chilli, lemon juice, coriander, garam masala
and salt. mix well and then switch off the gas.
· Spread a little of the potato mixture on your hands, place a
teaspoon of the prepare
black gram mixture in the center
and make cutlets.
· Roll the cutlets in the bread crumbs and fry it on the tawa
from both sides in oil.
