Corn Patties

Ingredient:
1 Kg potatoes (boiled peeled)
250 Grams boiled corn
2 Teaspoon green chilli-ginger paste
1 Lemon’s juice
˝ Cup fresh coriander (finely chopped)
˝ Teaspoon cumin seeds
2 Teaspoons dry mango powder
˝ Teaspoon
black pepper powder
˝ Teaspoons gram masala
3 Tablespoons corn flour
100 Grams fine vermicelli
2 Tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method :
.
- Mash the potatoes and add 1 teaspoon of green chilli-ginger paste, dry mango powder and saltin it.
- Heat oil add cumin seeds and when they turn brown, add corn, 1 teaspoon green chilli-ginger paste , black pepper lemon juice, salt and coriander. Mix and switch off the gas.
- Take 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes and spread it on your palms. Fill 1 tablespoon of
corn in it and make patties.
Prepare a batter by mixing corn flour and salt on 1 cup of water.
- Dip the prepare patties in the batter , roll it in vermicelli and fry.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
