Carrot Cutlet

Ingredient:
250 Grams carrot (grated)
100 Grams bread crumb
50 Grams grated coconut
2 Tablespoons curd
4 Green chillies (finely chopped)
1 Tablespoons fresh coriander
4 Tablespoons tomato ketchup
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method :

- Mix bread crumbs, coconut, curd, salt , chilli, coriander and carrot.
- Prepare about 10 cutlets of this mixture.
- Heat oil and deep fry the cutlets in it till golden brown.
- Pour ketchup in a plate and deep the cutlet in it. Place the cutlets in another plate.
- Bake the cutlet in a preheated oven on a medium temperature for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
