Carrot Cutlet

Bake the cutlet in a preheated oven on a medium temperature for 10 minutes. Serve hot.

Carrot Cutlet 
Servings  : 10people
Cooking  Time  : 30 minutes
 
 
Ingredient:           
250    Grams carrot (grated) 
100    Grams bread crumb  
  50    Grams grated coconut
    2    Tablespoons curd
    4    Green chillies (finely chopped)
    1    Tablespoons fresh coriander
    4    Tablespoons tomato ketchup
           Salt to taste

  • Mix bread crumbs, coconut, curd, salt , chilli, coriander and carrot.
  • Prepare about 10 cutlets of this mixture.
  • Heat oil and deep fry the cutlets in it till golden brown.
  • Pour ketchup in a plate and deep the cutlet in it. Place the cutlets in another plate.
  • Bake the cutlet in a preheated oven on a medium temperature for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
