Poha Cutlet

Ingredient:
4 Potatoes (boiled peeled)
1 Cup pressed rice
1 Tablespoon peanut (coarsely ground)
4 Green chillies (finely chopped)
½ Teaspoon dry mango powder
½ Teaspoon garam masala
½ Teaspoon red chilli powder
1 Tablespoon coriander (finely chopped)
Bread crumbs
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method :
.
- Wash pressed rice in a colander.
- Mash the potatoes and add it to the pressed rice along with peanuts, green chilli, coriander, dry mango powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
- Give the shape of a cutlet and roll it in the bread crumbs.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil on the tawa and fry the cutlets in it.
- Serve hot with tamarind chutney.
