Noodles Cutlet

Ingredient:
½ Kg potatoes (boiled peeled)
1 Packed noodles
1 Cup bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon green chilli-ginger paste
1 Temon’s juice
1 Tablespoon grated coconut
1 Teaspoon ghee
1 Tablespoon fresh coriander
1 Green chilli (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method :

- Mash the potatoes and add green chilli-ginger paste, half lemon’s juice, bread crumbs and salt in it. Keep this mixture aside.
- Add noodles and ghee in hot water and give it a boil. Strain it and add coconut, coriander, green , chilli, half lemon ‘s juice and salt to it.
- Spread a little of the potato mixture on your palms and place a little noodles in the center. Give this a cutlet shape and then deep fry .
- serve hot with tomato ketchup.
