Corn Tit Bits

Ingredient:
10 Slices bread
2 Cups corn kernel ( boiled, coarsely grated )
4 Potatoes (boiled, mashed)
2 Onions (grated )
1 Teaspoon green chilli paste
1 Teaspoon chilli sauce
2 Teaspoon garlic paste
2 Teaspoon soya sauce
1 Tablespoon oil
2 Teaspoons sesame seeds
1 Cup flour
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method :
.
- Heat oil and fry onions, green chilli and garlic paste in it .
- Add soya sauce, salt potatoes and corn in it.
- Cut all the bread slices in a round shape.
- Prepare a batter by mixing flour and salt in water.
- Take a slice bread and spread the corn mixture on it and then pour a little of the prepare batter with a spoon. Sprinkle a little sesame seeds on it. Do this with all the remaining bread slices.·
- Heat oil and fry the bread in it.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
