Ingredient:       
400    Grams flour
     1    Tablespoon sugar
     1    Tablespoon yeast (fresh)    
 1.5     Teaspoons ghee salt to taste                            
              
                           
                 
              
                           

                 Method :

  • Mix yeast and sugar in ¾ cup hot water.
  • Mix salt and ghee in flour and knead a dough with the above prepare yeast syrup. If needed, add a little water (the dough should be a little softer than the dough used to prepare chapatti).

  • Knead the dough a little and prepare small round shaped buns. Place this on a greased oven tray and cover it again with moist cloth for 30 minutes.
  • The buns will stuff up further. Bake this in a preheated oven for 20 minutes on a medium temperature.
 
                  
 
 Note : One can also sprinkle carom deeds on the bun after brushing melted  butter.
 
              One can give any shape desired to the buns and even make pizza base or 
              falafel bun (pita bread) with it.
