Bhujia
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Ingredient:
½ kg grams flour
1 tablespoons carom seeds (coarsely ground)
1 tablespoon salt
¼ teaspoon asafoetida
1 tablespoons red chilli powder
4 tablespoon oil
Oil to fry
Method:
.
· Mix gram flour, 4 tablespoons oil, red chilli powder, salt, asafoetida, carom seeds and prepare a dough using water.
· Divide the dough into 4 round parts.
· Grease the bhujia machine from inside and insert 1 part in it.
· Heat oil and make bhujia using the machine.
· Remove the bhujia when they turn golden brown.
On cooling, store in an airtight container.
