Nimki (Suhali)  
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

 

 

Ingredient:          
½        kg wheat flour (passed through a flour sieve)

1         teaspoon salt

1         tablespoons carom seeds 

           ghee                           

 


Method:  

·        Mix wheat flour, salt, carom seeds ghee (100 grams) and prepare a stiff dough using warm water. Knead well.

·        Divide the dough into small round balls and roll out each portion into a round shape (about 1½”in diameter).

·        Pierce holes on it using a fork, and keep aside for about ½ an hour.

·        Heat the ghee and fry on a low flame till golden brown.

·        On cooling, store in an airtight container.
