Add cumin seeds to the remaining ghee and fry onions till golden brown. Then add salt, red chilli powder, sugar lemon juice and all the vegetables. Mix well.

Mixed Vegetable
Servings:  6 people

       Ingredient:       
2       big potatoes (cut into thin long strips)  
1       cup cauliflower  (chopped) 
1       cup peas 
2       carrot (cut into 2 inch long pieces)
10     French beans (cut into 2 inch long pieces)     
1       big onion (cut into 2 inch long pieces)   
1       capsicum  (cut into 2 inch long pieces)         
10      baby corn 
˝       lemon’s juice 
3        tablespoons tomato ketchup                                            
2        tablespoon flour
2        teaspoon red powder                                                
˝       teaspoon cumin seeds   
4        tablespoons ghee
2         tablespoons milk cream
˝        teaspoon cumin seeds
˝        teaspoon garam masala  
1˝      teaspoons red chilli powder 
˝        teaspoon sugar
            Salt to taste                                              
                                                                                                        

               Method: 
  • Fry the potatoes in ghee.
  • Boil cauliflower, peas, carrot and beans.
  • Add cumin seeds to the remaining ghee and fry onions till golden brown. Then add salt, red chilli powder, sugar lemon juice and all the vegetables. Mix well.
  • Add milk, flour, tomato ketchup and garam masala. Keep stirring continuously till the gravy thickens.
