Mixed Vegetable

Ingredient:
2 big potatoes (cut into thin long strips)
1 cup cauliflower (chopped)
1 cup peas
2 carrot (cut into 2 inch long pieces)
10 French beans (cut into 2 inch long pieces)
1 big onion (cut into 2 inch long pieces)
1 capsicum (cut into 2 inch long pieces)
10 baby corn
˝ lemon’s juice
3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoon red powder
˝ teaspoon cumin seeds
4 tablespoons ghee
2 tablespoons milk cream
˝ teaspoon cumin seeds
˝ teaspoon garam masala
1˝ teaspoons red chilli powder
˝ teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
Method:
- Fry the potatoes in ghee.
- Boil cauliflower, peas, carrot and beans.
- Add cumin seeds to the remaining ghee and fry onions till golden brown. Then add salt, red chilli powder, sugar lemon juice and all the vegetables. Mix well.
- Add milk, flour, tomato ketchup and garam masala. Keep stirring continuously till the gravy thickens.
