Well you know politics? I recall once Allan Greenspan made an insightful comment regarding all that. He said what might be interesting is if someday the US had a Philosopher King type President. Of course if that ever happened it would have to be some one who was somewhat of a Libertarian. But if you are shaking your head then you are right that is not going to happen anytime soon.

Interestingly enough, I study all this having been the President CEO Founder of a Franchising Co. because I have learned that certain types work for certain types of companies in certain stages and other personality types do not, it is like everyone wants a Fearless Leader, then when they get one, they have second thoughts, ego is a huge factor in all of this and in leadership.

Indeed, corporations and politics although similar are worlds apart in reality. I think every President ought to have a Libertarian voice in his or her cabinet, because it often speaks to common sense and reality, politics aside; what is best for the country. At least if nothing else so they can factor that into the decisions. It would be smart way to play it often enough.
