Pea Soup

·         Fry the onion in butter till light brown.
          Add peas, mint leaves, 3 cups water and then boil it.
Pea Soup

Servings  : 5 people

Cooking Time  : 15 minutes

 
Ingredients:  
1   Cup Green Peas
1   Carrot (Finely Chopped)
1   Onion (Finely Chopped)
      8-10 Mint Leaves
1    Tablespoon Butter
1    Tablespoon Corn Flour
      Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
 
Method    :

 
·         Fry the onion in butter till light brown.
·         Add peas, mint leaves, 3 cups water and then boil it.
·         Make a paste of corn flour and 2 tablespoons water. Mix it with the peas and boil further.
·         When the vegetable are boiled, churn well and strain.
·         Boil the carrot and mix it with the soup.
·         Add salt, black pepper to taste and serve hot.
