Wash and cut all the vegetables.
Boil the vegetables (except beans) with 6 cups water in a cooker.

Mix Vegetable Soup

Servings: 10 people
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

 
Ingredients:  
 
½    Kg  Tomato
 200 Grams Bottle Guard
 1      Carrot
 100 Grams Cabbage
 10    Leaves of Spinach
 ¼     Teaspoon  Black  Pepper
 2      Table Spoon  Sugar
 4      French Beans (Finely Chopped)
         Salt to Taste
         Bread Croutons
 
   Method    :

  • Wash and cut all the vegetables.
  • Boil the vegetables (except beans) with 6 cups water in a cooker.
  • After 1 whistle simmer the gas and boil for 10 minutes more.
  • When the vegetable cool, blend with a beater and strain.
  • Add beans, sugar, salt, pepper and heat the soup.
  • Serve hot with a few bread croutons floating in each bowl.
