Masala Lassi

Ingredients:
1 Cup Curd
3 Cup Water
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
(Roasted, Powdered)
10 Curry Leaves
1 Green Chilli
½ Tablespoon Fresh Coriander
½ Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1 Teaspoon Oil
Method :
- Mix curd, water, salt and blend it with a blender.
- Chop green chilli and curry leaves.
- Heat oil in a small kadai, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chilli. pour this over the curd.
- Add coriander leaves (chopped), cumin seeds and serve.
