Heat oil in a small kadai, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chilli. pour this over the curd.

Masala Lassi

Servings: 2 people

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

 
Ingredients:                         
   1   Cup Curd
   3   Cup Water
   1   Teaspoon Salt
   1   Teaspoon Cumin Seeds  
        (Roasted, Powdered)
   10  Curry Leaves
    1   Green Chilli
    ½  Tablespoon Fresh Coriander
    ½  Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
     1  Teaspoon Oil
 

Method  :
  • Mix curd, water, salt and blend it with a blender.
  • Chop green chilli and curry leaves.
  • Heat oil in a small kadai, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chilli. pour this over the curd.
  • Add coriander leaves  (chopped), cumin seeds and serve.
