Cottage cheese
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Ingredient:
2 liters cow milk
½ teaspoon citric acid
Method :
- Mix citric acid in 1 cup warm water and cook on a low flame.
- Boil milk, on boiling add the water syrup in it little by little.
- When the milk separates from the water, stop adding the water syrup and switch off the gas.
- Pour about 1 jug of cold water in it and strain with a muslin cloth.
- When the entire water has been drained, knead well with your hands.
- Cottage cheese or paneer is ready to be used.
