Switch off the gas and when the square pieces cool down, remove   it from the syrup and divine each piece into 2 slices.

Cream sandwich
Serving : 15 pieces
Cooking  Time : 30 minutes
 
 
Ingredient:            
    2     Litres cow-milk’s cottage cheese
    1     Tablespoon flour   
400    Grams sugar
100    Grams khoya
    2     Cups water
    1     Teaspoons powdered sugar                                                                    
    1     Drop red colour
    1     Teaspoon rose water
            Varak
 
 

                      
                        
                         
              Method :
 
  • Mix cottage cheese in flour and gently knead with your hands.
  • Divine the dough into 15 parts and give each part a square shape of 1\2 inch thickness .
  • Mix powder sugar, rose water and red colour in the khoya.
  • Dissolve sugar in water. Strain and then boil it.
  • After a boil put all the square pieces in it.
  • Cook without the lid for 5 minutes and then with the lid for 10 minutes.
  • Switch off the gas and when the square pieces cool down, remove   it from the syrup and divine each piece into 2 slices.
  • Spread a little khoya on one slice and then place the other slice on it.
  • Garnish with varak and serve.
