Ingredient:
100 Grams peanut (roasted)
25 Grams Bengal gram (roasted)
2 Tomatoes
1 Oonion
2 Green chillies
1 Tablespoon raw mango (finely chopped)
1 Tablespoon coriander
1 Lemon’juice
2 Tablespoons coriander paste
1 Tablespoon tamarind chutney
2 Tablespoons fresh pomegranate seeds
˝ Cup gujrati sev
50 Grams cottage cheese crumbled)
Method :
.
· Grind the Bengal gram finely.
· Remove the outer covering of peanuts and grind it
coarsely.
· Finely chop tomatoes, onions, green chillies and
coriander.
· Add the all ingredients except sev, coriander and
pomegranate seeds.
· Serve hot garnished with gujrati sev, coriander and
pomegranate seeds.
