Bread Rolls

 Place 1 tablespoon of the prepare mixture in the center of the bread. Give this an oval shape and fry it.
Bread Rolls

Cooking  Time: 40 minutes
 
 
Ingredient:            
    8   Slices bread
250   Grams potatoes (boiled, peeled)  
    1    Onion (finely chopped)   
    2    Green chillies (finely chopped)
   ½    Inch ginger (finely chopped)
    1    Teaspoon dry mango powder
   ½    Tablespoons rock salt
  10    Cashew nuts (chopped)
  10    Raisins                                                                                                                                   
    1    Tablespoon fresh coriander
   ½    Teaspoon garam masala 
    2    Cup milk  
          Salt to taste
          Oil to fry
                           

Method :

  • Add a pinch of salt in milk. Dip the bread in this and them remove it. Press the bread with your hands to remove the excess milk.
  • Mash the potatoes.
  • Heat oil fry onion, green chilli, ginger add potatoes, dry mango powder, rock salt, cashew nuts, raisin, coriander, garam masala, salt and cook for 3 minutes.
  •  Place 1 tablespoon of the prepare mixture in the center of the bread. Give this an oval 
  •  shape and fry it.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
