Bread Rolls

Ingredient:
8 Slices bread
250 Grams potatoes (boiled, peeled)
1 Onion (finely chopped)
2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
½ Inch ginger (finely chopped)
1 Teaspoon dry mango powder
½ Tablespoons rock salt
10 Cashew nuts (chopped)
10 Raisins
1 Tablespoon fresh coriander
½ Teaspoon garam masala
2 Cup milk
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

- Add a pinch of salt in milk. Dip the bread in this and them remove it. Press the bread with your hands to remove the excess milk.
- Mash the potatoes.
- Heat oil fry onion, green chilli, ginger add potatoes, dry mango powder, rock salt, cashew nuts, raisin, coriander, garam masala, salt and cook for 3 minutes.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the prepare mixture in the center of the bread. Give this an oval
- shape and fry it.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
