Poha Cutlet

Mash the potatoes and add it to the pressed rice along with peanuts, green chilli, coriander, dry mango powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
Poha Cutlet 
Servings : 4 people
Cooking  Time : 30 minutes
 
 
Ingredient:       
4     Potatoes (boiled peeled)
1     Cup pressed rice
1     Tablespoon peanut (coarsely ground)
4     Green chillies (finely chopped)                            
½    Teaspoon dry mango powder
½    Teaspoon garam masala  
½    Teaspoon red chilli powder
1     Tablespoon coriander (finely chopped)                          
        Bread crumbs   
        Salt to taste
        Oil to fry 
              
                           

                 Method :

  •   Wash  pressed rice in a colander.
  • Mash the potatoes and add it to the pressed rice along with peanuts, green chilli, coriander, dry mango powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
  • Give the shape of a cutlet and roll it in the bread crumbs.
  •  Heat 1 tablespoon oil on the tawa and fry the cutlets in it.
  •  Serve hot with tamarind chutney.
