Place the half cooked roti on a heated griddle. Spread about 1 tablespoon of onions on it and place the potato roll in the center. fold from sides and then cook for a minute.

Ingredient:       
   ½      Kg flour
   ½      Kg potatoes (boiled, peeled)
250      Grams onions (finely chopped)    
    4      Green chillies (finely chopped)                             
    1      Tablespoon dry mango powder
    2      Tablespoons chat masala                          
    1      Teaspoon red chilli powder
             Salt to taste
             Oil to fry 
                     
                                             

                                   
          Method :
  • Mix ½ teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil in flour and prepare doughusing water
  • Roll it and half cook from both the sides on a greased (with oil) griddle. Do this with the entire dough.
  • Mash the potatoes and add green chilli, salt dry mango and red chilli powder.
  • Prepare long rolls of this mixture and fry from both the sides on a tawa.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and fry onions.
  • Mix chat masala and in the onions.

  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
