Vegetable Burger

Mix potatoes, peas, carrots, beans, bread crumbs, ginger, green chillies, red chilli powder, dry mango powder and salt. Give this mixture a small around shape.
   Vegetable Burger    
Servings : 6 people

Ingredient:        
  10     Buns 
250     Grams potato (finely, chopped, boiled )
     1     Cup peas (boiled)     
100     Grams carrot (finely ,chopped, boiled)                          
100     Grams frech bean  (finely ,chopped, boiled)
     2     Green chillies  (finely ,chopped )
     2     Big onions (cut into round slices)
     2     Big tomatoes (cut into round slices)
   10     Salad leaves
     1     Teaspoon red chilli powder    
    ½     Cup bread crumbs
    ½     Inch ginger (finely ,chopped)
     1     Cup tomato suace
     2     Tablespoon chilli sauce
    ½     Teaspoon dry mango powder
     1     Ttablespoon butter
            Salt to taste
            Oil to fry

  • Mix potatoes, peas, carrots, beans, bread crumbs, ginger, green chillies, red chilli powder, dry mango powder and salt. Give this mixture a small around shape.
  • Heat oil and fry the cutlets in it till golden brown.
  • Cut the buns into 2 halves horizontally and fry lightly from both the sides on a greased tawa.
  • Mix tomato ketchup and chilli sauce in a bowl.
  • Apply sauce on one of the buns, place a salad leaf, then the cutlet ,tomatoes, onion and the other bun on top.
  • Apply a little butter on both the sides of the buns and cook it.
  • Serve hot accompanied with French fries and tomato ketchup.
