Heat oil and sauté almond, cashew nuts, pistachio, lotus seeds, coconut, raisins and Bengal gram one by one and then remove it on an absorbent paper.
Navratan Chabeni 
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
 
 
Ingredient:           
1         kg pressed rice
˝        cup raisins 
˝        dry coconut sliced
˝        cup almonds
1         tablespoon salt
100     grams potato chips   
˝         cup pistachios                                   
1          cup cashew nut        
1          cup Bengal gram (roasted)             
2          cups lotus seeds   
1          tablespoon sesame seeds             
1          tablespoon red chili powder
2          tablespoons sugar
            Oil to fry  
 

Method:  
·        Clean the pressed rice and deep it in the sunlight for ˝ an hour.
·        Heat oil and sauté almond, cashew nuts, pistachio, lotus seeds, coconut, raisins and Bengal gram one by one and then remove it on an absorbent paper.
·        Place a sieve in the hot oil and fry the pressed rice in it little by little. Remove it immediately so that it does not turn brown.
·        Transfer the oil in another vessel and sauté the sesame seeds in the empty kadai.
Mix all the ingredients together and on cooling, store in an airtight container.
