Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredient :
250 Grams tomatoes (medium size)
2 Potatoes (boiled, mashed)
2 Onions (grated)
2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
1 Teaspoon red chilli powder
2 Teaspoons dry coriander powder
½ Teaspoon garam masala
2 Tablespoon oil
½ Teaspoon cumin seeds
1 Tablespoon cottage cheese (grated)
Fresh coriander
Salt to taste
Method:
- Remove the pupl of the tomatoes. Do not throw the pulp.
- In a separate vessel, mix potatoes, green chillies, salt and garam
Masala.Fill this in the tomatoes.
- Heat oil and add cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds start spluttering, fry onions in it and add red chilli powder, dry coriander powder, tomato pulp and a little salt.
- Place the tomatoes in the gravy and give it a boil.
Serve hot garnished with cottage cheese and fresh coriander.
