Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add finely chopped ginger, onion, garlic, green chilli with a wooden spatula.
Apply little butter on the buns and bake for 5 minutes in an oven at a low temperature.
When the paste turns light brown, add all the remaining spices and fry for 2 minures.
Take a 6 inch (in height) greased mould, sprinkle a little flour and then pour the prepared batter in it.
Warm ghee in kadai. lower the flame, hold the colander above the kadai and force the batter through it with the help of spatula.
Fill batter in the jalebi making bottle and make jalebi shapes in ghee through it. cook form both sides and remove when golden brown.
Switch off the gas and when the square pieces cool down, remove it from the syrup and divine each piece into 2 slices.
